Assist Client Partnership Managers to deliver to all key client requirements and build future talent pools to anticipate demand. Find, Screen, select, and submit candidates to CPM for review and consideration and support through the hiring process as well as onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process for our end clients.

Contacting candidates to establish their precise recruitment requirements
Recording the candidates detailed brief
Negotiating and agreeing on pay rates for the candidates
Searching database and temp contractor hotlists with a view to finding and placing available and suitable candidates with clients in the shortest timeframe possible
Placing advertisements in newspapers, magazines, and websites to attract appropriately qualified candidates where none are present on database with a view to sourcing candidates quickly.
Social media brand management and candidate attraction, posting vacancies, articles, etc.
Uploading candidates to vendor systems and helping with submission
Marketing campaigns for available and compliant candidates from bank to portfolio clients.
Keeping in touch with candidates whilst in the compliance process to ensure buy-in and good customer service.
Follow up to clients for placement feedback to gauge how our candidates are performing and upselling and cross-selling our services.
Reviewing applications, interviewing and assessing candidates and short-listing for interview according to the employer's expressed criteria within tight timeframes and to strict deadlines
Planning for candidates to be interviewed and preparing the candidates for an interview if this is required by the client
Overseeing the administration of the placement of successful candidates, in conjunction with the administrative support function, e.g. timesheet chasing and administration, compliance facilitation
Backfilling roles that are left vacant by candidates who finish assignments
Keeping records and submitting own statistics for assessment against performance targets
Potentially attending recruitment fairs and other exhibitions or business events to expand the client base and develop new business
Working with the allocated recruitment consultant to achieve positive outcomes and placements
Base management of active contractors
Other relevant duties as may be reasonably applicable from time to time
Salary: 17.500 GBP/year
