As a key part of the Accounts & Finance team, you will be responsible for covering a range of accounts & office support duties. You will complete validity checks on invoices & credit notes, resolve payment & invoice queries from both customers & suppliers, prepare sales reports for management teams, assist in preparing monthly & annual accounts & support other business units across the company when needed.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years experience in a broad-based accounts administration role.
- Excellent IT, data management & interpersonal skills are essential.
- An Accounting Technician qualification (or similar) would be a significant advantage.
This position is being offered as an initial 6-month contract on a part-time basis of approx 2 days per week but with expectations of growing into a permanent position after this period due to expected business growth. Salary will depend on experience but will range from 30-35k pro-rata.
Salary: 30-35.000 EUR/year
