Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Partner Support Specialist for a brand new exciting Project. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's partners are assisted in a professional and timely manner.
How you'll do this: Provide technical support to our client's partners through email, ticketing system, and outbound calls, providing satisfactory solutions in the shortest time possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Have a clear understanding of the Technical Rewards Portal to assist Partners on their journey.
- Respond to partner support queries through email, phone, and ticketing system
- Ensure a seamless, enthusiastic partner experience from start to finish
- Engage with the technical team when there are technical problems on the platform
- Escalate any time-sensitive issues to relevant teams
