We are looking for Swedish Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets) / software product services.
As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be
- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
- Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Handling effectively all incoming incidents
- Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues
- Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract
1) Fixed: 18.000 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)
2) Performance Bonus: 2.500 Euros gross/year
- Shifts: Monday-Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00 (rotative)
